Restrictions

• 0 refund for cancellations within 24-48hrs of occupancy and 50% if 7 days prior
• Alcohol is allowed in rooms if consumed responsibly. Please avoid noise, respect neighbors, and note the homestay does not provide alcohol.
• Bonfire is chargeable.
• Couples below 18 years of age are not allowed

Child & Extra Bed Policy

• An extra bed will be provided to accommodate any child included in the booking for a reasonable charge
• Children aged 7 to 12 years can stay in the same room for an additional charge of Rs. 1000. Extra persons will be charged as per the applicable rates.
• Children below 6 years of age can stay free of charge. Children above 6 years of age will be considered as extra adults and charged at the applicable
• Children must be accompanied by adults.
• Children up to 6 stay free without extra bed. Ages 7–12 charged ₹1000. Extra persons charged as per applicable rates.
• Double Occupancy rooms with King size bed, Extra person will be chargeable
• Extra beds are Chargeable
• No extra bed will be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking.
