Restrictions

• We do not rent single room.Either Ground Floor three Pvt Rooms with kitchen or First floor five deluxe rooms like an apartment. This is a Family managed property, we do not host men only group.Please contact property befor arrival to avoid , denial of check in due to violations. Advance booking and advance payment required, no walk in guest, surprise arrival etc. No bachelor parties.No drugs.May consume alcohol in private. Quite hours from 10 PM to 7 AM,no sound music ,speaker, microphones allowed. Check in starts from 2 PM onwards, check out strictly 11: 00 AM, no excuses
• Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
• Pets are allowed and charges applicable

• Smoking within the room is not allowed. Strictly no smoking in common areas, & pool surroundings.
• Allows parties and events but at extra cost

Guest Profile

• Primary guest should be atleast 18 years of age.

• Outside food is not allowed
