  • Loud music systems are allowed until 10 Pm
  • Smoking within the room is not allowed. May smoke in the parking area next to pool. Strictly no smoking in common areas, & pool surroundings.

  • Free cancellation if cancelled between booking date and 3 days before check-in date

  • 25% refund for cancellations within 24 hrs of occupancy, 50% if 2 days prior, and 75% if more than 2 days before occupancy.
