Restrictions

• Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
• By confirming a reservation at Vayuvana Heritage, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
• Guests are expected to respect the calm, family-friendly, and heritage environment of the property. Any damage to property will be chargeable. Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation in case of misconduct or violation of house rules.
• Vayuvana Heritage shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, government regulations, transport disruptions, or similar events. In such cases, date modification may be offered at management discretion, without cash reimbursement.

Restrictions

• Date change is permitted for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, subject to room availability. Date change requests must be made before the arrival date. Date changes requested within 3 days of arrival are not permitted and will be treated as a cancellation with no refund. Any difference in tariff due to date change or seasonality must be borne by the guest.
• No refund will be provided for any cancellation made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date may be eligible for a full refund, subject to applicable service charges. In case of no-show, early check-out, or same-day cancellation, no refund will be issued.

• Primary guest should be atleast 18 years of age.

• Non veg food is allowed
• Outside food is allowed

Property Accessibility

• All reservations at Vayuvana Heritage are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment. Guests must provide valid contact details (phone number and email) at the time of booking. Room category and tariff are confirmed based on availability at the time of booking. Check-in and check-out times will be shared in the booking confirmation.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

• An extra mattress will be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking for a charge mentioned below. (Subject to availability)
