We booked the event hall and a small lawn for our son’s baptism reception. The venue has a beautiful riverside view that really adds to the atmosphere. Plus, we can use the poolside area too. One downside is getting to the place; there’s some highway construction going on that makes it tricky to navigate. Keep in mind that the resort only provides the venue, so we have to sort out everything else like lighting, tables, chairs etc ourselves. Also, the restrooms aren’t very well taken care of, which is a bit disappointing. We also reserved two rooms for the night but decided against staying because there were a lot of mosquitoes and some weird smells coming from the bathrooms. The rooms and restrooms definitely need some serious maintenance. Housekeeping is not available around the clock. In summary, do not expect service comparable to that of star hotels or resorts. Room prices are very affordable. Overall, the venue is great for receptions and other events, but the humid weather in Kochi might make outdoor stuff a bit challenging. Read More
