The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. The location was perfect, close to public transport and plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had a really comfortable bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and toiletries. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The team were always responsive to my queries and made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend the grace residence to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free stay. I'll definitely be back.
